Join us for a fun, and productive, parents night out! You will hear from local author and mother of 5, Amy Carney, as she talks about the bold decision she and her retired NHL husband made to quit their jobs, pull their children out of school and travel as a family around the United States in an RV for seven months. It’s on this adventure she began her book- Parent on Purpose- A Courageous Approach to Raising Children in a Complicated World.
Leave the kids at home and come write your own parenting vision statement and then discuss how you can live it out in this complicated culture that we are raising our children in today!
Cost for the event is $25, which includes a signed copy of Amy’s book- Parent on Purpose. Proceeds from the event will benefit AZ Helping Hands, the largest provider of essential needs for kids in Arizona’s foster care system. Space is limited!
